V2 uses AI only where messy human input benefits from interpretation. The organizer sees the interpreted result before action, while Tournament OS keeps tournament rules, current state and final mutation deterministic.
Describe the event in plain language — for example, “Create a doubles tournament with 8 teams, league plus knockout, starting at 2 PM.” Tournament OS converts the request into structured settings, flags anything missing or ambiguous, and lets the organizer review before creating the tournament.
Speak a result such as “Team 1 beat Team 3, 21–17, 18–21, 21–15.” Tournament OS interprets the transcript, resolves the intended match and teams, surfaces uncertainty, and saves only after deterministic validation and any required confirmation.

Badminton is the first supported sport and the current product is intentionally designed around it. Broader sport support can come later without diluting the first release.
No. The current V1 is local-first and stores tournament data on the organizer's device. Cloud accounts, Android ↔ web synchronization and shared tournament data belong to a later web-platform release.
V2 initially focuses on two AI-assisted workflows: natural-language tournament setup and voice-assisted score entry. In both cases, AI interprets the organizer's input while the existing deterministic tournament engine remains responsible for validation and tournament correctness.
